Sydney Madang - Sydney

Ox tongue

-> It's really fresh and tasty - the lemon juice certainly helps to flavor up this beauty. I used sesame sauce for the dipping. very nice.

Rating: 7.5/10

Marinated pork belly

-> It's very good. The charcoal ensures that the pork is cooked slowly and just as it turns into dark brown in color (a little bit crispy and burnt on the outline), it's heavenly.

Rating: 8/10

Bulgogi

-> Just the usual, nothing out of the ordinary. But still good.

Rating: 7/10

Tangsuyuk

-> Interesting thing - when you're having a table barbecue meal, it's always a good idea to order something that's already cooked. That's really useful to nibble on while you wait for your barbecued meat to cook.

PS: so far, Kobow's tangsuyuk is still unrivaled.

Rating: 6.5/10
