Imperial Chef - Jakarta

A nice yum-cha today. Had to queue for an hour to get a table, but really worth it. Certainly a nice break from last week's horrible Metropole yum-cha (the place, not the food. Metropole's food actually quite nice.)

BTW, this yum-cha is non-halal.

Yup, you read it right. This restaurant is The Duck King group. I love duck king!!

Jiu hua cha (Crysanthemum tea)

Yangzhou chao fan (Yangzhou fried rice)

Pork Belly & liver congee

Deep fried prawn fu juk geen

Cha siu bao (BBQ pork bun)

Ha gau

Imperial Egg & Prawn mee hoon (vermicelli)

Pai gwat (Pork Spare Ribs)

Beef ball with vegetables

Fried shrimp dumpling

Pork Xiao long bao

Siu mai

.....and something to take home with.
