Yokozuna - Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong

Hiyashi Tempura Udon

-> Yum-my. It's incredible. Perfect for hot, humid weather. It's the first time I've eaten hiyashi udon (honestly, I wasn't even aware of the existence of other varieties of hiyashi dishes other than hiyashi chuuka-men).

A little bit about the restaurant...I just love this place. Really reminds me of Japan because of its super-cramped space. The chefs are really from Japan, and so are some of the waitresses. Long, long queues at nights (the place opens till 2 am). Great late-night eatery in vibrant Mong Kok area.
