Spice Brasserie - Parkroyal on Kitchener, Singapore


Late lunch before heading off to the airport. I wanted to go out to grab a bite, but didn't have enough time (planned to get some of those fantastic char kway teow at Zion road. Damn.) and had to eat at the hotel instead.

Fish & Chips

Actually, I planned to get a lunch buffet, but since it was 3pm, the buffet has closed and I had to settle with this instead. But it's quite good, to be fair. The fish is a soft perch fillet and I quite like their unique tartare sauce.
