Aaaaa....natsukashiiii!!

When are you going to Tokyo Cla? don't forget to try Katsu-gen at Marunouchi Building (old one, not the Shin Maru-Biru), I think it's better than Tonkichi...

I'm so sad that I don't regard Tonkichi as the best Katsu restaurant in the world anymore...*sob* *sob*

'cause that's the only restaurant that the three of us fanatically enjoy...

^ you drown them in plum sauce then dip the katsu in there... i only do this for pork ones though... (is this even the right way to do it?? hahahha)

i prefer mayonnaise and mustard for seafood ones... and cant stand how lemons make the katsu soggy... and somehow lemon and rice dont mix well in my mouth..

Cla - tartar sauce much better mah...for seafood ones...

Although there IS a slight difference between western-style tartar and Japanese ones...of course the Japanese one is better...
