Tan Tan Mian & Tan Tan Tsuke Mian
can someone explain to me why they would have two version of tan tan men? all i can think of is that tsuke men is there for the more fickle person.. hahahha
noodle is pretty good, springy and has a bite to it. the broth is excruciatingly salty, but more manageable in the tsuke men version. soft boiled eggs were perfect!
