Christmas eve dinner

char grilled NZ king salmon with eggplant caviar, capers, olives, and tomato petals

crispy skin thirlmere duck with sweet potato fondant and mandarin jus
dark chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream and tuille biscuit
coconut pannacotta with mixed melon and berry salad
glazed strawberries with champagne ice cream and cinnamon meringue
