newsflash: ex-billy lee's now owns the place... they must have fed the waiters some weird stuff, as they're all cheery and smiley.. so not use to it after the horrible dim sum places in sydney...
There IS fried squid in Sydney's yum cha. Just had it a couple of weeks ago in Marigold (see my post). But I don't know if it's among their regular selection, though.
In Sydney they usually serve fried whitebaits.

then.. there was that weekend dim sum place in burswood that guarantees 2 hours wait... but it closed down
Cobain Palace di Castlereagh st & Zilver di Pitt st deh...I think these 2 are probably the best in Sydney...gausah nyobain Marigold...sekarang sucks...
