Ramen Santouka - The Central

tucked away in a corner (you'd have to walk through another restaurant), yet the place was buzzing on a weekday night.. and the amount of japanese expats were reassuring too...
came with a warning that it may close early if the soup is all sold.. lucky we came early...

Toroniku Shoyu Ramen
apparently its the "cheek"... like with most meat, i think the cheek part is the best in terms of texture... in this case, its smoky, salty and very tender... the ramen were excellent too... if i have to complain, its a lil too fatty... but i guess its a lil inevitable when it comes to tonkotsu...
